The Pinecone cabin is tucked away at the end of a quiet street surrounded by Ponderosa pines. The yard is fully fenced and gated. Enjoy coffee snuggled up near the warm wood pellet stove or stream a movie on Roku Netflix, Prime video, Paramount+ and MAX included, and watch Directv for local weatherand news. The back gate leads directly to miles of walking, biking and atv trails to explore the pine forest.
The space:
The Pinecone cabin is a newer single level cabin with modern conveniences in a rustic cozy private setting surrounded by forest, lawn, gardens and water features. The open concept living area is cozy and spacious with vaulted ceilings, a pellet stove, a reclining leather couch and a futon that can be used as a double bed. The greatroom also has a Lennox heating/air conditioning unit. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a gas stove/oven, microwave, double fridge/freezer with ice/water in door, and dishwasher. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/cookware, pantry food items, and small appliances, with a large pine dining table, and a door out to a wrap around deck with an outdoor grill.
There is a half bath accessed from the main living area.
The master bedroom has vaulted ceiling and a large king size bed, with a large bathroom including a large walk-in shower, exhaust fan and electric wall heater.
The second bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, queen bed, desk, chair and full size front load laundry tucked in its own closet.
Guest access
This property is accessed through a private gate with a long driveway with plenty of private parking in front of the cabin and a keyless keypad deadbolt on the front door. There is another gate in the backyard with access to walking, biking or ATV/UTV trails.
Other things to note:
The cabin sleeps up to 4 people, ideally 2-4 adults, 2 sharing each bed, or 2 adults and 2 children 1-2 sharing each bed.
There are four outdoor motion security cameras for property safety. One facing the entry gate to the driveway, one facing the walkway up to the house (does not record past the walkway), one facing the side walkway from the driveway, and one facing out the back gate which opens to the forest trails.
