The Space:
This lovely ground-floor corner apartment in La Paz central is in a fantastic location to really get the best local experience in La Paz Bay. You’ll be situated close to the famous sights and attractions in La Paz, a block from the seaside walk street (el Malecón), near restaurants, bars, cafes, farmers market, shopping, water activity and more. Look no further, this will be the perfect place to stay and make fun new memories in La Paz!
We’d also like to point out that this is a ground-floor corner unit with no steps to navigate between the garage and the apartment, so it’s easily accessible for guests with physical disabilities.
The main spaces of the apartment:
- A stylish living room with comfy sofa seating and a 40” SmartTV making it the perfect spot to relax at home between the beach and sightseeing.
- The dining area is between the living room and kitchen and features a nice round table and four cushioned chairs to seat 4 for an enjoyable sit-down meal at home.
- The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to whip up any meal with an oven and stovetop, microwave and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart and a blender for afternoon margaritas! You’ll also have a little breakfast bar at the kitchen counter with two bar stool chairs for enjoying your coffee or that afternoon cocktail!

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. The code and instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

Getting Around:
The apartment is about 8.5 miles | 13.7 km or about a 20-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2.5 hour drive or 120 miles | 193 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
Per the HOA bylaws of the apartment complex, noise of any kind is strictly forbidden after 9 pm and no pets allowed on the property.
Wi-Fi, SmartTV, bed linens, bath towels and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
