"I loved my stay at Casa Lala. The room was spotless clean, good quality bed linen and towels. Like everywhere in Cuba ( including 5 stars international brand hotels) there is no hair conditioner, bring your own. The owners are such a nice family, it was a pleasure to stay there. "A unique set of cottages amongst a friendly family. Close to the main part of town but far enough away that you can enjoy some solace. The rooftop was the best part. We hung out up there admiring the "mogotes" and view of the valley. They have a generator so even with power outages, you have lights! Breakfast is $5 and plentiful with eggs, fruit, ham, cheese, toast, juice and coffee. Americans bring your passports as I only had a copy and that created a little issue but all was well."
