"Excellent communication from Roy the host from start to finish, with excellent tips for restaurants from him and places to go from his son. Villa is a 12 euro ride from Benidorm and even shorter to terra mitica and terra natura. "Ideal for what we wanted, which was quiet and pool side lounging. The villas is situated in a quiet enclave. We shopped at the Carrefour, about 10 mins away by car, this was ideal as the gym we joined was across the road. There's a great cafe nearby, 2 mins by car, and restaurant. We ate at the Italian nearby Chiesa which was delicious, but ate BBQ'd food and sat by the pool reading, so thunbs up from us. Thanks ."

"The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."

"Great villa in a great location. A five minute walk to the beach or a 8-10 minutes into town, but a lovely quiet location still in a not densely packed area. Villa was great too, good size rooms and spacious living area. On top of that, Nieves the host was great and easy communications. Swiftly arranged for air con to be fixed after a warm first night and promptly replaced a hair dryer that decided to break. Would stay here again! "
