"We were driving from Bordeaux to Frankfurt and chose this hotel from Expedia’s site on a Friday because it had onsite parking and a restaurant. After checking in the receptionist told us (a) the hotel’s parking area was not safe so we should not leave any bags in the car and (b) the restaurant was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! We couldn’t get a refund but we found another hotel a few kms away with a secure parking lot and two restaurants, so we relocated. "

"Nice hotel, great staff, clean and comfortable. Large bathroom and I noticed as we left they were installing overhead rain showers. The only slight thing was we arrived on Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed as was most restaurants. But we ate at a restaurant called the metro around 20 minutes walk away which was fine."

"We enjoyed our stay in Panneçot very much and were delighted to communicate with Dominique, who was calm, practical and very helpful, thank you Dominique. The cottage is in an ideal location. Everyone slept soundly and we enjoyed tractors going past the doorstep and giving a wave in the morning. A small note - I have left enough toilet paper for the next guests. "This house although not in the middle of a tourist centre is absolutely fabulous, bright and airy with plenty of space to enjoy the table football, mini snooker and we saw a table tennis table hiding in the garage waiting for outside weather I guess! The house was warm and Olivier was available to change temperatures remotely without needing to disturb us..... The kitchen is very well equipped and had we been there in the summer we would have enjoyed the pool too! The house was spotlessly clean...
