"Comfortable and quiet place just off the main road to Seville. We were glad to find such a nice place after a full day of driving. Dinner at the restaurant was good and breakfast was not expensive. We were glad that check out time was late. Helped with the jet lag recovery. Staff were friendly and did their best to please with limited English and our limited Spanish."

The apartment had a comfortable bed,was exceptionally clean,very quiet location,Evening meals/breakfast are good and of course the views of the mountainous region are superb. " Good spa. Free parking. - Not much to see nearby except castle (steep climb but worth it for the views). The excellent caves and town centre are a good walk away and it’s steep, so best to drive. The receptionist and waiter were friendly and helpful the evening we arrived. - However next morning when we skipped the full breakfast and asked for coffee and toast at the bar/cafeteria (as arranged with Reception the previous day) we were served very coldly and without a smile, which left us...

"Really nice boutique hotel in the town centre. All the rooms are individually decorated but also very comfortable with a good bed and shower . Very welcoming and helpful staff . Ours was a flying visit so did not get to use then variety of bar/coffee and social spaces which all look very well done."

"This is a beautiful property, both the grounds and the room. We were welcomed and shown around upon arrival. They have a wonderful breakfast that is included. There are walking trails close by and one leads into the town. We visited the restaurants and the plaza has the Fuente de los 12 Canos. I would highly recommend this as a getaway; very peaceful."

"A hidden gem off the tourist routes but close enough to get to all the beautiful towns of the Sierra de Aracena. The room was spacious and clean. The cafeteria downstairs had good food and drink. The staff were very welcoming. Remember to take a swimming cap if you want to use the indoor pool."

"This is not a 4 star property, it's 2 star at most. The property is spotless and the surrounding area is stunning. BUT there is nowhere to lounge and read a book in the sunshine only uncomfortable dining chairs. The bar/restaurant is basic. There is a beautiful courtyard outside the rooms where a simple breakfast could be offered and a coffee machine installed.This place could be fantastic. Some of the staff in the bar made you feel you were an inconvenience. It's such a shame."
