"We absolutely loved our holiday at this property. Quiet rural location but only 20 minutes to the main stores ( local shop 5 minutes away). We visited the Rose Granite Coast and many other stunning beaches of the region. We took our dog, to which the property had a large secured garden with a huge forest only 5 minutes away by car. Our children loved the indoor pool area ( we did too!) , which also had a sauna. Property owner was very responsive to any questions and provided information about...

"This property was located in a peaceful, rural location. There were plenty of seating areas both inside and outside. The house was very well-equipped and very comfortable. There was a constant supply of hot water. The owner sent us plenty of detailed information, prior to our arrival and checked in with us during the stay and on departure. The extensive library, board games and videos were appreciated. Les Vignes was a great place for our family holiday."

"We had a great experience staying at the property. We were immediately happily surprised as the pictures made it look so much smaller than it is in real life. The house has very recently been fully modernised and is extremely bright and airy. The main bedroom is on the ground floor with access to a very large shower room with double sinks and a large shower. Seul petit bémol serait la propriété du logement et les moyens pour nettoyer. L'aspirateur n'aspire pas et faire le ménage au balai n'est pas adapté."

"Nous avons passe une tres belle semaine en famille dans cette maison tres agreable et "cosy". Tres bien situee entre Lamballe, cite de caractere et les belles plages a 15 mins. Mr Lemoine a ete tres accomodant, malgre la machine a laver qui ne marchait plus a l'arrivee, il a tres vite trouve une solution et l'a remplace sans tarder. Nous recommandons beaucoup cette location pour de belles vacances."
