"Was not aware of the additional 500.00 deposit required at check in but not charged at check out because we left the apartment cleaner then we found it. Apartment did not have A/C, block out blind in the living room nor Wi-if. When asked about the wifi, I was told to go ask the neighbors to see if we cld borrow theirs, no one to be found.
