A House of 130 m2 air-conditioned with terrace overlooking a private pool and a garden of 400 m2.
In a small village with bakery and supermarket, 8 minutes from Cogolin and 16 km from Saint Tropez and its beaches.
On the ground floor you will find:
The double living room with fireplace, open on the terrace and garden.
A bedroom with bathroom (shower and sink).
Separate toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and terrace.
The terrace is shaded and overlooks the pool and garden.

Very disappointing and overpriced
We stayed at this property for just over a week and it was just full of problems, which did really spoil our holiday. We were expecting something amazing considering the price and unfortunately I think the owners are resting on their laurels as it was not up to the standard you would expect for the price they charge. We had constant problems with the swimming pool being cloudy with yellow staining and it was never properly cleaned. At one point there was no chlorine in it. Almost every day the owners had to come and address this, blaming it on the wind! It was just lazy maintenance and meant that on certain days we could not use the pool because of the chlorine levels being too low. The house is not as described in the advertisement. This is the owners home which they rent out from time to time, it is full of their personal effects, fridge full of food, personal belongings upstairs and one of the bedrooms is not a double but has a huge triple bunk in it. The house is quite tired, with poor equipment in the kitchen. The place was infested with mosquitoes and ants and we had to spend 45 euros to get the sprays to deal with this problem. The toilets were really dirty on arrival with faeces on the seat. I had to clean them after a long journey. We are seasoned travellers to France and this was our most disappointing holiday rental to date. The owners are quite pleasant until you mention the problems.The location is lovely and the house has good air conditioning.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont permis de disposer de la maison dès 14h et sont restés disponibles durant tout notre séjour. La maison est au calme, très agréable et bien placée pour visiter la région. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le jardin et la piscine (un pisciniste venait deux fois par semaine). Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

PARFAIT
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à tous points de vue. Monsieur et Madame Benoliel sont des personnes absolument charmantes et très sympathiques. Ils nous ont agréablement accueilli avec un gentille attention...la bouteille de rosé au frigo! La maison est parfaite, très bien agencée, très propre et très bien équipée notamment au niveau de la cuisine avec tout ce qu'on peut désirer à disposition. Belle piscine, beau jardin et belle terrasse sous la glycine. Bref, absolument rien de négatif à dire...que du positif. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Location dans un village calme mais non loin de tous les lieux formidables de la région : saint tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin et de nombreuses plages plus belles l’une que l’autre ! La maison est très agréable tout comme ses propriétaires....nous reviendrons !

Belle maison au calme pour découvrir la région
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette agréable maison bien équipée, proximité de beaux villages typiques. Accueil parfait et réactivité des propriétaires qui sont intervenus pour 1 petit problème avec le rideau de la piscine, installation d'une alarme de piscine le jour même. A recommander pour 1 séjour au calme en famille ou entre amis,

Wunderschöner Urlaub / Vacances excellentes
Wir haben in dem Haus in La Mole einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool hat uns an den heissen Tagen immer gut zur Erfrischung gedient. Die Vermieter stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und kümmern sich auch während des Aufenthaltes um die Gäste. Nous avons passé des très belles vacances en famille à la Mole. La maison est très bien entretenue et il manque rien. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine pendant des jours chauds. Les propriétaires sonst toujours disponibles et assisterons pendant le séjour. Merci beaucoup pour ces vacances formidables. Nous espérons retourner un jour.

Perfekter Urlaub!
Das Haus und seine Außenanlage ist noch schöner, als es auf den Bildern zum Ausdruck kommt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich rührend und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Nach einem Strandtag (ca. 15-20 min. Entfernung) kann man den Tag wunderbar auf der schönen Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Mit dem tollen Pool kann man natürlich auch den einen oder anderen Tag am Haus verbringen und einfach entspannen. Ideal auch für Kinder. Bäcker und Supermarkt findet man quasi um die Ecke, sodass man jeden Morgen frische Croissants genießen kann... Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, nur zu empfehlen! Nochmals vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an die Gastgeber, wir werden sicher wiederkommen :)

Fantastisches Ferienhaus
In dem Dorfhaus in La Mole haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und waren bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Auf Englisch konnten wir uns problemlos verständigen. Das gepflegte Haus bietet mit seiner Ausstattung (z. B. genug Geschirr, Besteck, Handtücher, großer Kühlschrank und ein separater Gefrierschrank sowie Waschmaschine) sehr viel Komfort. Mit 8 Personen (davon 4 Kindern) haben wir sowohl im Haus als auch im Garten genug Platz gehabt. Die schattige Terrasse bot ausreichend Platz für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Im Garten sind ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der Pool war groß und angenehm temperiert. Er wird zweimal in der Woche gereinigt. In der Nacht hat die Klimaanlage für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt. Der Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt und einige Restaurants waren fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Vor dem Haus sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Ein großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir in dem Haus in La Mole einen fantastischen Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille
La maison est très agréable et nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Mole . Le quartier est calme. Une boulangerie et un maraîcher à deux pas, le reste des courses à 10km environ et une plage magnifique à Canadel par le col .

Traumhaus mit Superpool
Das Haus in La Mole ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Alles ist sauber, neuwertig und sehr angenehm. Der Pool ist sauber und wird mindestens 2 x in der Woche gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir danken für die tollen Urlaubstage und kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder.
