"I was pleasantly surprised to see a newly updated double queen room. Flooring was a beautiful LVP which I prefer over carpet especially a hotel. The bed was comfortable, the decor was modern and light. The bathroom was clean and sparkling with a marble walled Tub/shower. Small desk and chair, very nice room! Glad we stayed here. "

"I messed up my reservation days when I set it up on line. The guy who checked us in was asleep in the back room and came out groggy and angry at us. He told me we were supposed to be here yesterday and it’s already paid for. I agreed I made a mistake and asked how to fix it. He was fixated on showing me my mistake on the computer. "I didn’t even stay in the hotel they first gave me a key to a room I went and checked the room out and it had a lock in it besides the for lock so they gave me a another room that one has bugs roaches stains and just a horrible smell the guy at the front desk “Alex” said the refund would come through on my hotel app never did horrible things happen here "
