The host claimed a family emergency required all bookings to be canceled.However, after investigating, we discovered that the real issue was a double booking, and the host chose to cancel our reservation to accommodate another guest. "We were near the centre of Durban, everything was easy to reach by car. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout. The accomodation was generously sized and cleaned regularly. Living in Durban has challenges but our stay was worthwhile."

"Really not happy with the site, when we got at the accommodation it had new people staying there spoke to an agent on the online chat I was told my case will be escalated and I would be refunded my money. Had to look for a new place to stay as the one I booked had new residence living there."

"The accommodation is great and cozy, even if the weather is bad. You will however need to buy garbage bags if you planning on staying a while. Washing machine does tangle up the clothes and comes out drenched. You will need to bring your own washing powder. There is plenty of towels available. The place does say you can sleep 6 people but only had access to 2 bedrooms. There is no Vodacom signal but the wifi is good. The host Delia was great"
