This charming and spatially cozy holiday home, which is located in the nature reserve of El Caleton, is equipped with a combined living room / bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m), leather couch, dining area and. Garden exit, integrated kitchen (2 hobs), microwave, toaster, refrigerator, SatTV (German channels), baby bed / high chair equipped on request. Extra bed for 1 child up to 12 years / baby possible, additional costs 10 euros per day. Baby cot / extra bed are to be paid in cash on site (Tenerife). Please note with the extra bed that only a large combined living room and bedroom is available.
No extra bedroom !!

Wonderful part of the garden with lush planting for sole use u. direct access to the well-kept pool (45sqm). The wonderful pool was completely renovated in September 2019!

as well as your vacation home.
We do not use the pool itself during your vacation, you can at any time
go swimming alone.

The house is at approx. 75m altitude before the cliffs. In addition to the great all-round view, the sound of the waves is your pleasant holiday companion.
Hiking opportunities are at your feet right in front of the entrance
with an incomparable panoramic view over the Atlantic Ocean and a view of the natural, endemically overgrown rock-lava region in the nature reserve of El Caleton.
Simply a breathtaking place to relax!
Access / exit via serpentine road approx. 2 km, then after approx. 2 km you will reach the motorway quickly and easily with all destinations. Distance from Puerto de la Cruz 14 km, Santa Crutz 30 km, La Laguna 20 km, Anaga Mountains 30 km, Orotava Valley 15 km, Humbold View 16 km, various beaches from 15 km, Loro Park 18 km, the nearest airport 18 km.
They only share their holiday domicile with the adjacent owner's house (married couple + dog).
Here you will simply find a wonderful spot to linger and come back.

Great little find, would recommend.
Brilliant base from which to explore the forested North of Tenerife, just a short hop from picturesque Puerto de la Cruz and loads of good walks nearby. Good access to the main road by car, after the long switchback, but it was too much/long for a stroll to nearby La Matanza de Acentejo in the heat. Hosts Peter and Martina were friendly, but discreet and I couldn't speak more highly of their helpfulness. We had a fab one week stay.

Little paradise on Earth 😌
We came to Tenerife for a week to relax and this place was incredible. The view over the ocean and the volcano is exceptional and allows you to clear your mind 😌. The pool is really refreshing and Martina and Peter are wonderful people, very welcoming and always available for any questions or just to chat. I highly recommend this place 100% 👍😁 The studio is just the right size and has everything you need. We had a lovely holiday here. Peter and Martina answered our queries beforehand promptly and were perfect hosts. The garden and pool area is gorgeous, with views along the coast and of Teide, and the property itself had everything we needed. Very convenient for the motorway with easy access from there around the island. We were in Tenerife mainly for a walking holiday and the highlights were the walks from the visitor centres at Teide, simply breathtaking. It was so nice to have sole use of the pool, which was used every morning. Thank you! Andy & Claire

Lovely relaxing stay in beautiful location
We stayed here for 7-8 days in July and had a wonderful stay. The location really is amazing and having the private pool to refresh in when too hot is amazing. Peter and Martina are lovely and very respectful so we never felt like they were intruding on our stay. Would definitely come back again.

Idyllische Lage zum verweilen und entspannen
Die FeWo liegt weit abseits von jeglichen touristischen Einfluss, so dass man seine kostbare Zeit wohlverdient zum relaxen und erkunden nutzen kann. Und wenn das Wetter es zu lässt, dann wird man mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den majestätischen Pico el Teide belohnt. Bedanken möchte ich mich nochmal ausdrücklich bei Martina und Peter, die mich herzlich aufgenommen haben. Ich schaue gerne wieder bei euch vorbei, wenn ich auf der Insel bin.

Unsere Gastgeber waren liebevoll, freundlich, zurückhaltend aber zuvorkommend. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit Wasser und Wein überrascht. Für Informationen jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine ruhige und erholsame Unterkunft und Umgebung mit phantastischem Blick auf Meer und Teide.

Unbeschreiblich Traumhaft
Es war einfach wundervoll! Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit vom Touristentrubel sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Die Zufahrt zum Objekt ist herrlich abenteuerlich und sollte im Vorfeld über Google Maps angesehen werden, bevor das große Erwachen kommt, uns hat dies nicht gestört. Das Badevergnügen im Pool, das Frühstück und das Abendessen inklusive Sonnenuntergang ist mit einem zauberhaften Ausblick auf El Teide und den Nordatlantik kombiniert. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit bei Martina und Peter. Ein weiterer Aufenthalt wird geplant und wir freuen uns jetzt schon. 😊 Es war mega. Danke Danke Danke

es war richtig schön...
Martina und Peter sind nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die sich sehr um uns als Gäste bemüht haben. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten mit dem Pool bot sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung, wir hatten einen großartigen Blick auf Teide, Meer und Puerto del la Cruz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu genießen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, um nicht zu sagen fantastisch. Der Garten mit eigenem Pool und einer großen Rasenfläche bietet einen großartigen Blick auf den Atlantik und den Höchsten Berg Spaniens. Das Gastgeber Ehepaar wohnt diskret nebenan, es ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und gastfreundlich. Wenn man keinen Kontakt möchte, geht man sich aus dem Weg. Hat man Fragen, helfen beide gern mit Rat und Tat aus. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Fehlt aus Sicht des Gastes etwas, hilft die Gastgeberin gerne aus. Aus meiner Sicht Unverzichtbar, ist ein Mietwagen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist für jeden Fahrer problemlos zu erreichen. Durch die günstige Ausgangslage ist jede Sehenswürdigkeit der Insel gut und schnell zu erreichen. Sollten Familie und Freunde mich fragen, ob ich die Wohnung empfehlen kann, kann ich das uneingeschränkt mit ja beantworten.

Wohlfühloase mit Teideblick
Hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Teneriffa und in der Ferienwohnung. Ideal wenn man Natur und Ruhe schätzt. FeWo hat alles was man braucht. Kleines Paradies mit grandiosem Blick
An diesem wunderschönen Ort wurden wir von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden bei allen Anliegen bestens unterstützt. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und liegt in einem sehr schönen Garten, von dem man einen grandiosen Blick auf das Meer, die Küste und den Teide hat. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholen können, danken unseren Gastgebern von Herzen und können dieses Paradies nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Traumurlaub 🥰
Die Ferienwohnung liegt traumhaft ruhig mit einem Ausblick der Herz und Seele einfach gut tut. Sobald man den Garten betritt hat man den Atlantik im Blick. Schaut man nach links blickt man auf den Teide. Der Garten selbst ist herrlich. Palmen,Drachenbaum und wunderschöne Pflanzen machen ihn heimelig. Natürlich ist das Highlight der Pool. Groß und tief genug um seine Bahnen zu ziehen oder sich treiben zu lassen. Im Garten steht ein Tisch mit Schirm und Stühlen zur Verfügung. Oder man legt sich auf die Liegen und genießt die Sonne und den Ausblick. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und absolut praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist zum Kochen oder nur zum Frühstück gut eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine,Wasserkocher, Toaster -alles vorhanden. Die Deko ist klasse im afrikanischen Stil. Es ist genügend Platz um seine Kleidung zu verstauen . Klasse ist auch das Bettwäsche (auch zum wechseln) und Handtücher in verschiedenen Größen vorhanden sind. So wohl wir uns auch gefühlt haben,eines hat das alles noch getopt. Die Herzlichkeit von Martina und Peter Hochheuser. Sie haben alles getan das es uns gut geht. Wir haben uns immer gefreut wenn wir ein kleines Pläuschchen gehalten haben. Das gemeinsame Essen war wunderschön! Trotz allem achteten beide sehr darauf daß wir unsere Privatsphäre hatten. Wir können dieses herrliche Objekt nur jedem empfehlen. Lernt diese tollen Menschen kennen,es gibt nichts zu bereuen. Wir werden uns wieder sehen,das steht fest! Danke für alles

Weinig privacy
Prachtige locatie maar wel altijd de auto noodzakelijk om iets te ondernemen. Zelfs bij een wandeling. Huisje, locatie, zwembad prachtig, alleen jammer dat het terras van de eigenaar aan het zwembad grenst waardoor je nooit echte privacy ervaart.

Stimmungsvolle Ferien an schöner und aussergewöhnlichen Lage
Das Objekt entsprach der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Sie verhielten sich bei Anwesenheit sehr diskret, was trotz der direkten Nachbarschaft eine ungestörte Privatsphäre möglich war.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir hatten eine wundervolle und erholsame Urlaubswoche im Mai 2022 hier verbracht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der tolle Gartenbereich mit Pool, die tolle Aussicht auf den Ozean und auf den Vulkan Teide, sowie die Ruhe. Allabendlich genossen wir den Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben jeden Tag im Garten gefrühstückt, zu Abend gegessen und ein paar Bahnen im Pool geschwommen. Im Häuschen war alles ausreichend für Selbstversorger vorhanden, sogar auch Pooltücher. Die Straße zum Haus ist zwar kurvig, aber mit etwas Vorsicht, gut zu fahren. Man hat immer eine tolle Sicht aufs Meer und man ist in ca. 8 min. auf der Autobahn. Und man kann schnell in jede Richtung der Insel kommen. Hier gibt es keine Promenade mit Restaurants, Bars, Shops und Ähnlichem, dafür kann man den Sonnenuntergang gemütlich mit einer Flasche Wein in Ruhe im Garten genießen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut fair. Das Vermieterehepaar Martina und Peter sind sehr freundliche, offene und hilfsbereite Menschen. Sie wollen, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Bei uns hat es geklappt :-) Lieben Dank

Abenteuerliche Anfahrt
Steile und ungesicherte 3km Serpentinen-Straße. Wohnung und Lage sehr schön wenn die schwierige Anfahrt nicht wäre,daher erfolgte unsere Abreise bereits 4tage früher was dann zu erheblichen Mehrkosten führte.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Der Garten mit eigenen Pool und einer schönen Rasenfläche bietet einen Blick auf das Meer und den Teide. Die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan, sind sehr rücksichtsvoll. Wenn man keinen Kontakt möchte, bleibt man für sich. Wenn Fragen sind, stehen die beiden gern zur Verfügung. Ein Mietwagen ist unverzichtbar. Und die Serpentinenstrasse ist breit genug und sollte auch für Durchschnittsfahrer kein Problem sein. Fazit: wunderbare 3 Wochen (auch wenn das Wetter nicht so toll war) !!
