"We spent 6 nights in this lovely flat. It is modern and well appointed and offers everything as per the listing. Short walk to the beach, small shops, groceries and restaurants. The view is amazing. I would recommend a rental car as it does come with secure underground parking. We will happily stay here again!"

The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The host, Marta was excellent and met us at check in, she was kind, helpful and took time to respond to questions about the area and give recommendations throughout our stay. We highly recommend and will hopefully return next year. Location is fantastic right by restaurants and beach. We loved the pool! We had everything we needed to have a lovely month in Spain. "

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"
