"We have just had a lovely break in this Villa. This is our second stay and we plan to return. The villa is exactly as described. Large clean and well equipped. The pool area is so tropical with new additional lights for the evening to sit and relax on terrace. The owners are very helpful if you need anything. Thank you Ricky and Els for letting us stay in your beautiful villa."

"Transport is needed to make the most of the property, with (aside from a small mini market) most shops being over 1Km away. For summer stays the pool is ideally situated, however for a jan/ feb stay it is too cold to use. The property itself while spacious is a liitle dated and would benefit from refreshing. "We have rented this villa many times. Frontline to the golf, 3 x minutes (walk) to the bars and shops, 10 x minutes to the beach (by car) and the sun kissed terrace for those G & T's! The pool is 20 x seconds walk and is large and clean. The villa itself has always been clean, accessible, with easy instructions and lovely neighbours! It is a place to relax and forget ones troubles! The owner has great comms (within 24 x hrs easily) and there are written instructions for everything! What more...

"Overall very pleasant stay, the external could have been maintained a little better, also not enough utensils for a family of seven. I.e. better & sharper utility knives.Air conditioning was poor in the ground floor bedrooms. These are little things that mattered to me and the family. However I would return"

"Great property, very well equipped and spacious, extremely comfortable beds. Pool really nice and close to the house, fab location, easy to get everywhere, really enjoyed our stay. Host very quick to respond to queries, and informative of local area. Just be aware if you arrive at a weekend you cannot get wifi til monday, annoying as we had to pay for data over the weekend to get on the tv streams and our internet , otherwise lovely stay"

Would highly recommend but be prepared for the hill if you want to experience the excellent range of bars and restaurants nearby!"

"Lovely villa, secure and quiet (some barely noticeable road noise). Well equipped, even a washing machine and dishwasher. Fabulous pool and plenty of seating, pool toys, etc available. Quite a few mosquitos in the evenings at this time of year (September). All in all a lovely property; would recommend."

"perfect villa for a luxury holiday everything immaculate spotlessly clean smart tv perfect for kids and music while swimming . Exactly like the photos will defintaley be coming back. Would recommend a car if you want to see the area but taxis readily available for 5 minute drive to main nightlife also scooters at the end of the street for hire which was great fun to go supermarket 1 minute away . Kids loved it as well 👍"

"We were given straight forward instructions and meet at the property and showed around which was very helpful. The villia itself has everything you could wish for and was beautifully clean even though they were hit with Sahara dust the evening before. Everything was in walking distance although booking a taxi was straightforward and some of our group used the scooters which was easy to do. I would highly recommend this villia and Vrbo to anyone.
