This is not a hotel, We arrived at the door where there is a hand painted name sign and waited, knocked eventually another guest arrived who phoned and after about 30 minutes a man came out and we were asked to wait. The man then came back we asked to see the room it was through a work site and up two very steep staircases, almost ladders. "This is such a lovely hotel to stay at. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. A well stocked kitchenette if you wanted to cook for yourself The hotel was quiet despite seeming to have a lot of guests. Great location not too far from the centre of Lille. If I am in Lille this is where I choose to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. "

"We got a nice upgrade, and thanks very much for that. However, the reception forgot to email the check-in instruction for late night check-in, hence we got into a hassle with the security guy. But he was finally helpful in getting us inside."
