Just incredible!
We spent 9 magical nights in this beautiful house in the most incredible location. We have never stayed anywhere quite like it. We spent our days swimming in the bay or visiting the wonderful beaches, then the evenings eating by the water and sitting under the stars! We feel so lucky and cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much.

Perfect little peaceful place
I couldn’t ask for more, such a lovely little cottage in the most perfect location. The house has everything you need, modern and new. Literally 3 feet out the door is the Tyrrhenian Sea, in all it’s clarity and deep turquoise and blue. Despite a couple days of rain, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Hosts are very responsive and available if needed. Can’t wait to return!

beautiful house, spotlessly clean, in the most tranquil setting I have ever stayed- and I live in the countryside! No discos, no noisy neighbours, no road noise- and a wonderful starry sky. The only bad thing?Nowhere else will ever be the same..

We are passionate swimmers and so are our friends and we has just the best swimming vacations ever! The house is utterly wonderful. Since it wasn’t that warm end of October we also could put on the heating for some hours, which was very nice. We will come again!!!! Thsnk you! Claudia

Direkt am Meer, absolute Ruhe und wunderschön. Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum, die Lage unschlagbar und wir würden jederzeit wieder her kommen. Wer das Meer und die Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi a trascorrere la vacanza perfetta in un'oasi di pace. La casa ha il pregio dell'essenzialità in una location più unica che rara. Francesco è stato un supporto comprensivo e amichevole. Una volta arrivati alla casa si trova tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno per trascorrere una vacanza coi fiocchi. Quest'anno abbiamo trovato posto per un colpo di fortuna, o probabilmente per una disdetta. Speriamo di poterci tornare...

Ein kleines Paradies
Es war eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Bilder sprechen für sich, unsere Erwartungen wurden tatsächlich noch übertroffen. In herrlicher Alleinlage mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Bucht haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Sehr ruhig und mit genug Platz zum Spielen, im Wasser plantschen und Schwimmen. Allerdings nur für Menschen, die die Ruhe suchen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und war sauber. Der Verwalter spricht zwar nur italienisch, aber ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Und auch der Kontakt mit der Inhaberin war unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Wir waren ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier!

Wundervolle Ferien
Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar und das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Alles andere ist nebensächlich und sei nur der Vollständigkeit halber erwähnt: Manchmal hört man ein wenig die Maschinen vom Recyclingzentrum auf dem Hüge in der Nähe, aber insgesamt recht ruhig. Kommunikation mit dem sympathischen Verwalter vor Ort ist nur auf italienisch möglich. Den DVD-Player aus der Beschreibung hatte es nicht, aber wer braucht das schon. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Una splendida vacanza…
Tornavo dopo qualche anno in questa casa …e non vedevo l’ora! La recente ristrutturazione l’ha resa ancor più bella e pratica. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema idraulico, ma non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno. L’assistenza è comunque di prim’ordine. Vivere in questa casa ti ricarica, ti appaga ed essere a tu per tu con il mare la rende pressoché unica. Spero di tornarci ancora per rinnovare un piacere che resta nel tempo.

Fantastic view, totally private location, close to town and grocery store. Great spot to stay!
If you want a private location on theis beautiful island then this is the place. The sea is right at your feet when on the front deck. Property owner and manager were both very communicative and helpful. Wonderful

Häuschen in Traumlage zum Ausspannen
Das Haus ist klein und zweckmäßig. Auch an kühleren Tagen muss man dank der Lüftungsanlagen in jedem Zimmer nicht frieren. Die Lage ist traumhaft und wir haben möglichst jede Sekunde auf der Terrasse genossen. Kaum Menschen, kaum störende Nebengeräusche - für uns der perfekte Ort, zum Urlaub machen. Lage Top, der Check- in und FeWo schlecht
Das Haus liegt sehr schön direkt am Meer. Doch leider war die Kommunikation zwischen dem Vermieter bzw dessen Verwalter sehr schwierig. Spricht nur italienisch. Wir sind der Meinung dass wenn ein Objekt international vermietet wird sollte doch mindestens beim Check-in eine Person da sein die englisch spricht. Wir haben die 2. Woche ein anderes Haus gemietet und dort erfahren wie es gehen kann. Da war der Check- in einfach perfekt. Sehr ärgerlich war dass die 2.Rate für die Miete nicht direkt vom Vermieter abgebucht wurde. Dadurch kam es zu großer Verwirrung und FeWo wollte dass wir die doppelte Rate bezahlen. Unmöglich!!! Wie gesagt 2. Woche anderes Haus auf Sardinien mit anderen Agentur gemietet, hier war alles Top

Unbeschreiblich schön ...
Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und es ist uns unglaublich schwer gefallen, dieses kleine Paradies wieder zu verlassen. Das bezaubernde Naturgrundstück, den grandiosen Ausblick aufs Meer, die Ruhe und das schöne Häuschen. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Petit paradis
Maison les pieds dans l'eau, plus près c'est pas possible. Spacieuse, très bien équipée et propre. La terrasse en bois devant la mer est top pour la bronzette. N'oubliez pas de prendre votre anti moustique car le soir venu, ils attaquent ! A part ce détail, tout est parfait.
