"Lovely large property with breathtaking views of Jávea and beyond. Plenty of space to escape each other if required!! On top of steep hill so a car is definitely required, must be a confident driver! The pool is a good size with plenty of space for sun loungers and table. Lovely area in the back to shelter on a windy day. We had a great holiday. Please note, beach towels are not included and an electric grill is provided instead of a bbq."

"The owners were great at communicating before the holiday but the caretaker Pepe never spoke to or saw during our stay despite calling. His partner would speak to us. Check in very slow-we we’re waiting over 2 hours. Luckily local bars and supermarkets. Great area, plenty of parking on quiet street. Relaxing holiday and loved our stay."

"When we arrived at the villa we were blown away! The photos don’t do it justice! 8 adults stayed and you never felt on top of each other. Lots of lovely areas to relax away from everyone if needed! It was so so clean, light and airy. It had everything and more that you need. Lots of extras too! The wine and beer and other treats were such a lovely touch. "We stayed at the property during October 2024 when the terrible rains came to Valencia. Although we weren't affected in Moraira, Paz the owner very kindly reached out to make sure we were alright. The property itself is fantastic and all the better for not being a new build. The house is an easy enough walk into town, although if you're with small children you'll probably want a buggy ... at least for the homeward leg which is mostly uphill!
