"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "

"Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

Staff described as English speaking didn't understand much and didn't offer much in the way of helpful tourist info. Main pool excellent however chairs in pool area only appeared on the last day. "La casa y la estancia muy cómoda y bien. La propietaria, que no conocemos, un desastre. Éramos 25 personas, dejamos la casa limpia y ordenada pero la propietaria se quejaba de que no habíamos pasado la aspiradora y que no hicimos los baños. Quería que fuéramos su equipo de limpieza para la próxima entrada de gente. Y nos cobró 300€ de más con todo el morro. Suerte que di la targeta de baja para que no pudiera hacerlo. Una vergüenza que no nos habíamos encontrado nunca. No recomiendo, queríamos...
