"When we arrived they didn't have a Queen bed, only a single twin bed. I told the front desk girl that the reservation was made for me and my wife and would definitely needed a bed for both. She had to call her supervisor until finally they offered us another room with a Queen and a Bump bed . Place was clean but need new towels.
