Located in a beachside neighborhood, this modern and spacious home is a quick walk from Marine Street Beach and near many shops and restaurants.

This two-level home has everything you need for sunny beachside fun. Surfboard and boogie boards are provided so you’ll be fully equipped for an adventurous day on the water. Beach towels and beach chairs are also provided. And after a full day on the sandy shore, guests can rinse off at the outdoor shower.

Back at home, there are so many spots to catch some sun rays without leaving home. Enjoy a beverage on the patio, read a book from one of the bedroom decks, or venture up to the rooftop deck for spectacular views and fresh air.

The game room is perfect for kids and the young at heart. It features a spacious sofa, book, and board games. The inviting living room is the perfect place to cozy up after a fun-filled day. When the group gets hungry, the sleek and well-appointed kitchen is at your disposal for whipping up anything from beachside snacks to full feasts. Additional perks include streaming TV, a private washer/dryer, and a gas fireplace.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
