The floors are sleek, grey concrete, and the entire back wall of the home features glass windows and French Doors, overlooking a large concrete deck with a built-in sunshade canopy--and pool and canyons below. We are located in a residential neighborhood with easy parking on and off the property and close to desirable beaches and tourist destinations. Because of our lovely climate and gentle breezes off the ocean & canyon, the home does not have A/C but rather a "whole house fan" that can be utilized if the house does get warm.
