Guest Access:
Before your arrival and after providing us with the identification documents, a digital code will be sent to you via email or text within 24 hours of your arrival. Along with this we will e-mail you the house manual and rules. Please park one to two cars in the drive way and do not drive over the grass. Please use the parking pad to park. All other vehicles have access to on street parking.

However, if you're up for a more strenuous walk, you can explore the local area, hike around the Torrey Pines or La Jolla Cove, or take the nearby Coastal Walk for scenic views. You’ll likely need to drive or take a ride to the main shopping areas and the beach.

Family Getaway
My family and I traveled from northern CA to San Diego for a family getaway. The house had plenty of space for us all and the grounds were amazing. We enjoyed this beautiful house and have very fond memories of the time we spent here.

First visit to the area!
Great property with a ton of space for all of our party (10 ladies there for the National USTA Tournament). Large community areas (kitchen and family room) were great for gathering on our down time. Also, very close to downtown area with great restaurants!

Great open place for a relaxing stay
No shortage of bedrooom here! Lots of privacy and room for larger parties to still have personal space. There was a lot of communication and house rules to read, but nothing too complicated. Cleanliness of the house and pool were great to walk into! Recommend staying here

Great place for family reinions
Thanks, we had a lovely time! This is a lovely and spacious home with lots of room for our large group. We ran a family auction night, played multiple cribbage games, swam, and lounged by the pool. Excellent hot tub! Lots of entertain us in the surrounding area, too.

Great family get together!
The property was PERFECT for the occasion. The pool was fantastic, the layout of the house worked for our needs, and the kitchen was a perfect place to gather. I don't think the TV was turned on at all.

Amazing House
Our jaws dropped when we got into the house. Amazing layout, beautiful views, and the pool was so much fun. The hot tub was great once the sun went down. It was so easy to host both couples and singles since each room had multiple types of beds and the dining room was a great place to eat as a group. We absolutely loved everything at the house and will definitely be back.

Great house for our group
Our family visited San Diego for a family wedding and the house was perfect. All the bedrooms were comfortable. Loved all the bathrooms. Had plenty of amenities and toiletries to get through the visit. The property is beautiful. Pool and hot tub were a hit and nice areas outside to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather. Communication was great. Had a couple minor issues and both were addressed in a timely manner.

Great for 3 Generation Family Vacation
This was perfect for the 5 grandchildren, ages 2-9, 8 adults and 2 grandparents. Lots of space to run around inside and out, space to get away and to work, huge kitchen and outdoor areas with lots of seating, and a well-maintained pool and hot tub. The pool temperature was perfect in late July. This is close to everything we wanted to see, with easy parking for our 4 vehicles.

Extended Family Vacation
Two grandparents, seven children/spouses and 9 grandchildren. All were very comfortably accommodated in the many bedrooms including the basement apartment. Loved the midcentury modern design and the beautiful grounds including the swimming pool and hot tub. Conveniently located to the beach and shopping. The whole family gave it a thumbs up!

Overall a lovely stay. Some details that could be improved: more than 4 dishwasher pellets for a four day stay with 12 adults and one infant. Trash and recycling was full on arrival which made it difficult to dispose of trash and recycling we created. Setting and view of valley was amazing. Our family had a great time. Thank you!

Exceeded all expectations
The house was absolutely stunning and the pictures online failed to do the home justice. Our group was especially pleased with the outdoor areas as we spent most of our time outside. We had a chef come over one night and make us food. The kitchen was perfect for us being able to have a great meal while not getting in the way of the catering folks in the kitchen itself.

Perfect house for large group
This house was beautiful, clean and spacious. Neighborhood was great. View was amazing. It was big enough for our large party. The kitchen was supplied with most things we needed. Hot tub, pool and fire pit and bbq grill was a plus. Check in process was easy. Neighbors that share the property on the lower end of the hill very nice and welcoming.

Amazing Mid Century Modern Dream!!!
Had a fabulous stay at this property - it had everything we needed for our three night trip! The hot tub was out of commission for the first night, but was quickly dealt with the next morning. The pool and property were well maintained and spotless upon arrival. Kitchen has all the utensils and ample space in the refrigerators. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable for our group. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Family reunion in La Jolla
Very spacious house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 13. The house is a bit dated but functional. The bed linens and towels were of poor quality but the beds were comfy. The TVs did not work when we arrived and it took 3 days for a technician to arrive. The views were amazing and the garden and pool well maintained. The pool was cold, but the kids had fun anyway. Communication with the host was very slow.

Incredible spot for a large group weekend getaway
Such an elevated, gorgeous experience! This house had plenty of room both inside and outside - we had 12 women celebrating a bachelorette - and we enjoyed every square inch. Outside: the pool, the hot tub, the large outdoor seating areas, the VIEWS!!!!. Inside: the giant kitchen, cozy living rooms, and plenty of rooms to choose from. Note that there is no A/C (as is normal in this geographical location) but each room is outfitted with fans and lots of windows can be opened for air flow. We absolutely loved our time here and didn't want to leave. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Great holiday family reunion
After waiting almost two years to gather with extended family, this beautiful home in La Jolla was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas with our group of 16. The large kitchen and seating were great for cooking at eating meals together. The view on the outdoor patio was unforgettable! The backyard is quite amazing, though we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or lounge areas too much with cooler, rainy December weather. We may need to return for a spring or summer reunion! The beds were SO comfortable, and we all enjoyed the convenience of the en suite baths in most of the rooms. The management staff was very responsive with a request for more towels.

Overall great stay, hard to beat the location!
Property overall was great for our family reunion;15 of us, adults and kids. Thanks for a great stay. Lots of pros, just a few cons. Pros: - Location was excellent. 5-10 minute drive to beach, easy access to I-5, great view, and parking for 1 car and easy parking on street - grounds were fabulous, lots of space to spread out - kitchen and dining/family area were spacious - overall layout of house was great for our large group - easy check in, house was very clean, easy communication with property management. We were short on bath towels when we arrived and they promptly brought over more than requested - new hot tub Cons: - beds ranged from just ok to not comfortable at all - gas grill old and in disrepair; though it was clean, should be replaced - some bathroom doors (mostly sliders) did not close completely and/or lock - house gets a bit warm, especially when cooking, no central a/c but running vent as instructed was helpful. Lots of fans available - pool not heated and just a bit cold for our taste but swimmable. My guess is it warms better on sunny days and we had a lot of clouds

Great location, nice property
The house is very spacious and the outdoor areas in the front and back are perfect. There is easy street parking as well if there are several cars in your group. A few things that we didn't love were the beds, none of them were very comfortable and a few of them were very creaky/loud. There were 14 of us and we needed an extra bed, they did have two blow up mattresses but no air pump. They also only left 3 dishwasher pods and 3 laundry detergent pods. That is usually enough for one family, but for a house this large that hosts that many people we ran through those in 2 days and had to go purchase more. Also, there was a very loud dog that would bark downstairs often and sometimes in the middle of the night. Overall our stay in this gorgeous home was nice and was the great space for three families to vacation at once.

La Jolla retreat
We loved getting together for a reunion with a few friends. The house has plenty of room and the back yard, pool and spa are the best part. We couldn’t have been happier to be together here and enjoy the proximity to beaches, hiking and San Diego. Parking was also easy.

Family Vacation
The property is in a great location. Easy access to the beach in La Jolla. The pool and outside area are even better than the pictures. The inside of the house is spacious. The open kitchen was great for family gatherings. The outside grill does not match the home and could use an update. Overall the house is great. Would highly recommend for a large group.
