-This villa is made of 2 homes sprawled out over 4 levels connected by a large patio. The homes were designed specifically for independent living and combined living.
-2nd floor smaller house "bedroom" is a loft. There is no door from staircase to bedroom.
-Elevator is not for guest use
-Garage is not for guest use
-Due to continuous maintenance issues, only 1 side of the french patio doors is able to open.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is a large driveway at the front entrance of the main home (3rd story) capable of fitting 2 vehicles. Additional parking can be found at the bottom of the hill, in front of smaller homes main entrance) and is in ample supply.

This was a family birthday celebration and the house was perfect for our group.
It was ideal for a large group and there was lots of space to socialize but also individuals could retreat for privacy. The house was very clean and reasonably well furnished. All of the appliances worked well.
