A charming, self-contained environment inside and out makes this the perfect romantic getaway. So much to explore and enjoy – and so close by!

Nothing says San Diego living like a beautiful outdoor living space. Enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the colors of the sky change with the setting sun or grill your dinner in the beautifully manicured private grassy backyard and patio area equipped with a barbecue, a fire pit, comfortable seating, and el fresco dining for 4.

Enter this 440 square foot bungalow and find yourself in a spacious living room with a high-vaulted ceiling. Its beach inspired décor and comfortable seating, as well as a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a skylight, and a 42” wall-mounted flat screen TV, invite you to relax in this colorful, yet gentle space.

A quaint and modern kitchen provides everything you need to create your meals – all you need do is add the food and the camaraderie. And there is a seating nook for two in the event that you want to sip coffee or grab a quick bite.

The well-designed and spacious master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, calming décor, a large flat screen TV, and a full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A ceiling fan and natural lighting make it comfortable and pleasant. Quality linens for the bed and bath are also provided for your ultimate comfort.

With two beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella for your use, this home has everything you need for a sweet, simple vacation in a perfect location.

The home has A/C for the individual rooms which is controlled by a wireless remote for each respective wall units.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. PETS: ONE TIME FEE OF $150 FOR DOGS - NO CATS ALLOWED.

This place was in a great location and perfect for our small family. Shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. Parking was convenient and it was quiet at night. Great stay!

Great place to stay with our pups and very reasonably priced. This place is really centrally located - walking distance to the beach (La Jolla Shores) and to a bunch of shops and restaurants. This is particularly nice because dogs are allowed on the beach early mornings and late afternoons. :) Thank you!

Cute bungalow with wonderful beach access and nearby restaurants. The kitchen has only basic dishes and a Keurig style coffee maker. Stove top and fridge worked very well. There is a microwave, but it was stored in a cupboard and no place to really plug in and use. Loved the backyard sitting area!

Charming Beach Cottage
Clean and cozy cottage that was comfortable for two adults and two small dogs. Perfectly located just around the corner from all the shops and restaurants of Avenida de la Playa. You can walk to dinner and take in the sunset on La Jolla Shores. Minutes from other attractions near The Cove and a short ride to downtown San Diego. Great getaway spot for a weekend or an extended stay.

Great Little Bungalow in LaJolla
I stayed here for nearly three weeks while having medical treatments in the area. The location was great, and although small, the bungalow was comfortable for our stay including the king sized bed and outdoor furniture. Rose was very responsive to a few questions I had. We cooked almost every day in the small kitchen and found the kitchen to be well stocked and with quality appliances. While this pet friendly place is near a busy street, the enclosed front courtyard and fenced backyard provided safety for our dog who stayed a few days with us. Would recommend for an affordable getaway to beautiful La Jolla!

LA JOLLA TRIP
This unit was great and the location was awesome. Beach and multiple restaurants were easy walking distance. We had our dog with us and the yard was perfect and really enjoyed sitting around the firepit. The online pictures and description we 100% accurate. We'l be back!

Great Solution for La Jolla
We truly enjoyed our stay. The upside: It’s a solid solution for being able to stay in La Jolla and in such a prime location. The downside (if any) is the unit is quite small (hard to tell just how small in photos), a bit outdated (ie; bed mattresses), and some legitimate street noise … but again, a solid solution all things considered.

Overall we enjoyed the location and our stay in the bungalow, but it really needs some TLC. The cushions on the couch (inside) and lounge chairs (outside) need to be cleaned. Put some cute pillows on the couch and put a coffee table back like the pictures on the website. In the bedroom, something to put our suitcases on would have been appreciated. Even just a chair would have been nice. We had to put everything down on the floor. The positives... location!!!! We enjoyed walking to the beach every day and eating at the local restaurants.

Perfect location next to La Jolla Shore and many dining, shopping, activity options - easy to get to from Airport. There’s a cute back yard area, laundry, bikes/equipment for beach fun. Downsides - furniture is a bit worn/dated - could stand to be replaced and controls for heat and fans/lights were challenging - better instructions about use would be great. The light control in master may be on its way out - only worked sporadically

We loved this property and would rent it again. Amazing location next to shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The unit was bright, clean and everything looked new. The side yard with table, chairs and bbq was a definite plus. Rose was great to work with and everything was exactly as promised.

Good Stay
We are returning guests for the last 10 years or so. We love the location, the yard (feels private and secure), convenient to other attractions, restaurants, etc. The sinks were backing up and that was gross and there was no toaster for breakfast, and the interior lights in the kitchen and bathroom blinked when the were on which worried us about the wiring, etc. There aren’t a lot of options to eat indoors. The kitchen is small. May we suggest tv trays so guests could eat in the living room. Thank you.

Cute Cottage
We stayed at this cute cottage for an entire month and enjoyed its location to all the shops and restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. Our favorite part was the backyard. The beautiful flowers, comfortable furniture was a perfect space for relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed but is small. We always ate outside or at the sofa but there is no coffee table as shown in picture. Also enjoyed the front patio area. It was a good value as we booked over a year ago and looking at current prices it seems to have doubled in price and that would not be a good value. Washer and dryer are outside and are very nice. Communication and request with property manager were always swiftly answered
