Welcome to the exclusive community of La Jolla Shores, CA.

This Ocean-front home is located in one of the most beautiful beach communities in Southern California, La Jolla Shores.

Enjoy endless sunsets and expansive ocean views. Boasting nearly 3,000 square feet of living space that features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen with all SS appliances, featuring a Dacor 6-burner stovetop, a double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and pantry. Enjoy views of the Pacific ocean while preparing meals in the kitchen, or while enjoying a meal in the dining room. Enjoy the view from the bistro table off the kitchen which looks out across the living room to the large deck overlooking the ocean.
There is one bedroom and full bath located on this level of the house.
The lower level of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a laundry room, and an outdoor small heated, jetted, pool with mini grotto, swim up bar and 2 expansive outdoor decks. Experience beach living as it is known.

This fully furnished home is directly across from Kellogg Park and a 3 block walk to restaurants, shops, La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and so much more. The village has several fine dining restaurants as well as ample casual eateries, shops, and galleries. Soak in the La Jolla sun with local surf and stand up paddle boarding lessons, a kayak tour of the La Jolla Caves as well as snorkel, sailing and jet skiing adventures. La Jolla shores is the best beach for walking, surfing, swimming and kayaking. You need only bring your beach clothes and evening attire.

Family Oasis for Daughter's Wedding
Terrific layout for our group of 6 adults with plenty of spaces to gather and spread out. We loved walking to nearby shops and restaurants, the beautiful sunset views over the ocean, the hot tub/pool, and the large family room. It was the perfect home base for our group during our weeklong stay! We LOVED La Jolla, Torrey Pines Golf and State Park, and downtown San Diego - all close by!

Perfect property in a gorgeous location
This beautiful house in La Jolla was perfect for our family trip. We absolutely loved the amenities and location and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Communication with the host was quick and easy. The beach is literally right across the street. We loved watching all the surfers from the dining room as we ate breakfast every morning. We had a wonderful stay in La Jolla. The location could not have been better! Although the house itself is in need of some freshening up, it was very clean and well-equipped. Communication with the host was very detailed. We would definitely return!

Our stay was wonderful. The home is gorgeous, the views were amazing, the location was excellent and we could walk across the street to the ocean or a couple blocks to shopping and restaurants. Our 3 year old swam independently for first time!
With the birds of paradise (flowers), palm and banana trees all around, and the 360 degree views of the ocean and surroundings, the property is truly inspirational. The accommodations were lovely and user friendly, linda was totally responsive and helpful, and the the pool was so amazing that our granddaughter swam independently in it for her first time. Awesome place.

We had a great time here. We go to that beach all the time and it was nice to live there for a week. We had family visiting and it was a perfect space for everyone. The grill was really nice for a night in and what an amazing hot tub! It’s an easy walk to restaurants and convenience store as well. We hope to come back next year.

Perfect for our family
We had the best stay -Linda’s home was beautiful and had everything we needed . Traveled with our 3 adult kids and their partners and our 3 yo grandson. This house fits us well with great places to gather with all and then retreat as desired. Views and location spectacular. Hillside views on back of house and beach in front. The village and shops were walking distance which we loved after our flights from East coast enabling us to get scones and a few groceries day 1. Great places to walk / run too. The home was clean and spacious.

Perfect location 20 minutes or less from everything.
Having the beach right across the street was perfect! Gorgeous sunsets on the front deck. The pool/hot tub was an amazing way to end the day. The home was stocked better then some places we have stayed! 20 minutes from everywhere you want to go and see, yet walkable to the beach, shopping, and restaurants! It was perfect!

Amazing Beach Front Property
We absolutely loved this beach front property for our family of 5. The convenience of being able to walk straight to the La Jolla Beach within 2 minutes was priceless! The beach was perfect sands too. The property was very accommodating and had many luxury amenities to enjoy. We loved the great room with ocean views and of course the amazing spa. Great rental, location, love the spool, and the views were great! Rental wasn’t vacuumed, but they had one there for us to use, not a big deal to us but may be to someone renting later. Overall pretty happy! Thanks!

Fantastic Location, Friendly Hosts
This is such a well appointed place for both families and adult parties, right smack on LaJolla Beach and a 5 minute walk from the park playground and the waves. Heated pool/spa available for easy warm ups if the weather turns cool. We had the most wonderful family trip and the hosts were responsive and went out of their way to accommodate special needs when traveling with a baby. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Great beach stay!
This gorgeous house had plenty of room for our extended family of six and is a block away from the beach, park, shops, and cafes of La Jolla Shores. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the dinner table and views of surfers and hang gliders during the day were wonderful, too. Large hot tub/pool was luxurious. The tvs were not all working, but we didn't come to plug in, anyway. Check in and host communication were easy!
