"We were driving from Bordeaux to Frankfurt and chose this hotel from Expedia’s site on a Friday because it had onsite parking and a restaurant. After checking in the receptionist told us (a) the hotel’s parking area was not safe so we should not leave any bags in the car and (b) the restaurant was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! We couldn’t get a refund but we found another hotel a few kms away with a secure parking lot and two restaurants, so we relocated. "

"We stayed overnight on our way home to the UK. Unfortunately the hotel reception was closed when we arrived & we had to phone a number posted on the door. This went to voicemail so we had to leave a message. Fortunately someone turned up within 10 minutes. The checkin was rather rudimentary & rushed. "Perfect escape and amazing experience "

"We had a room in the hostel part of this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The bathrooms and kitchen area were state of the art, and the lounge area was spectacular. This hotel includes a nice bar, restaurant, and event area. It is in a beautiful and central location in town, and the owners are delightful. We hope to go back some day."

"A nice hotel, with a large clean room, en suite toilet and basin. There is a modern monsoon shower installed in a room on the same corridor. I had dinner in the large, airy restaurant which was fabulous."
