Maison centrale sur Noirmoutier
La maison d'Annie est idéale pour des vacances sur Noirmoutier. La maison est très centrale pour aller à chaque coin de l'île facilement. La maison est agréable, lumineuse et très pratique pour une famille ou un couple d'amis. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'une prochaine visite de Noirmoutier.

Maison de rêve idéalement située
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à la Guérinière où nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la propriétaire. La maison est très lumineuse, décorée de façon raffinée et dispose de tout le confort souhaité. Située au fond d’une impasse, elle offre calme et tranquillité pour se reposer et le jardin clos avec sa terrasse ensoleillée est très appréciable. C’est vraiment la maison parfaite pour des vacances de rêve ! La Guérinière est très proche de l’Epine proposant commerces et restaurants et est surtout un endroit clé pour le point de départ de randonnées à pied ou à vélo. Nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf der Insel und in dem schönen Häuschen verbracht. Die sehr freundliche Besitzerin hat uns herzlich empfangen, alles wurde uns genau gezeigt und erklärt, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, hat einen sehr schönen uneinsehbaren Garten, in dem man sich auch gut entspannen kann. Das Haus ist sehr gut und hübsch ausgestattet. Selten so viele Schüsseln, Schalen, Töpfe und alles was man sonst so zum kochen benötigt in einem Ferienhaus erlebt. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder!

Une maison propre, parfaitement équipée, confortable et bien située à la fois pour se reposer et profiter du jardin (quartier calme, maison sans vis à vis) que pour rayonner sur l'île (position centrale). Sans oublier une propriétaire qui a à coeur de bien recevoir ses locataires et qui le fait très bien !

La maison est agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle, très joliment décorée et bien entretenue. La situation est idéale, au fond d'une impasse, proche des commerces et de la plage (Bois des Eloux à 10 minutes). Le voisinage est très calme. La propriétaire est accueillante, serviable et pleine de bons conseils pour passer un bon séjour. Une location où il fait bon vivre et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Une location exceptionnelle ; très grande propreté, maison bien conçue ,très bien décorée. De plus rien ne manque tant en électroménager qu'en équipement pour la cuisine. LE TOP !!!!
2ème location avec Mme Bocquillard en toute confiance. La maison est impeccable, avec une décoration sobre et soignée. On s'y sent tout de suite bien, comme chez soi. De plus, la maison est super équipée, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche linge, la cuisine dispose d'un choix de vaisselle et d’ustensiles incroyables. L'accueil est chaleureux, et on part à regret.... A refaire sans hésiter. BRAVO !
