"Este hotel NO existe. Con el taxista buscamos la dirección de un lado al otro. Las fotos que aparecen son del Hotel Castillo del Mar / El Castillo qie es un hotel viejo. Mi reserva no aparecía por Expedia pero sí la tenían en el hotel. Me cobraron $100 USD por un hotel 3 estrellas. Eso fue lo que yo pagué por noche en temporada baja por el Hotel Estelar Manzanillo que es 4 estrellas y con todo incluído. "The property seems to be upgrading the hotel, but the food quality was disappointing. The only protein option available was pork. Additionally, the room, which was advertised as having a mini fridge, did not have one upon arrival. This made my stay particularly difficult since I couldn’t store my diabetic supplies. Unfortunately, reception was unhelpful, and the medical office refused to store my medication."
