"Very pleased. Large room, very comfortable KS bed in a clean room. Yes this an older establishment but well maintained. It was comfortable and we slept well all at a reasonable price. "

"For the harsh texas climate it’s acceptable they clean throughly everyday but the furnishings are ‘well loved’ / used. "

"Stay was good. Service and food was good. There was a dead roach on the floor, so wasn’t impressed with the checking of room daily. Housekeeping had bug spray on their cart so there is an issue apparently. We will stay again when we visit. "

"Property was easy to get to, the strung lights in the yard was a nice touch as we arrived after dark. Nice setting, with big back porch and chairs on a nicely mowed large yard. The house was nice, ample beds for my husband, my 2 sons & myself, comfortable, amazing antiques. IF I had more time, it would have been a beautiful float to the park stated in the info. Walked to the boat dock, beautiful, calm river. Location perfect for our wedding & reception venues. Much more convenient than...
