Location très moyenne
L'appartement est vieillot, pas très bien entretenu, avec une loterie médiocre notamment la chambre parentale. Les équipements sont moyens, la réception de la télévision très mauvaise, pas de tire bouchons, de grand couteau, pas suffisamment de tasses, le rideau mécanique est très difficile à manier, le verrou difficile à ouvrir. Nous avons du attendre 30 mn pour avoir la location ; le ménage n'était pas terminé

Le séjour était court mais satisfaisant à part un ascenseur en panne ce qui est embêtant en arrivant avec des bagages et le manque de réseau téléphonique ce qui veut dire pas d internet un peu inadmissible à notre époque.

très joli appartement avec un bel espace, mais quelques menus soucis : - problèmes électriques (prises qui ''tuent'' certains appareils comme un ventilateur par exemple -eau très difficile à régler (débit et température qui changent tout le temps,attention aux brûlures) -plaques électriques qui fonctionnent mais cuisine aux équipements assez spartiates

Très bel appartement bien aménagé avec 2 superbes terrasses et commerces à proximité. Seul bémol si vous partez à 2 voitures 1 Seule place de parking et pour la 2eme c'est dans la rue et 45 euros la semaine. La plage est à côté Nous avons passé 1 superbe semaine avec toute les commodités

Wieder mal ein toller Urlaub
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Balkone, so dass man vormittags und nachmittags Sonne oder Schatten genießen kann. Gut ist auch, dass kleiner Laden, Zeitungsgeschäft, Pizza-Service und Gastronomie in direkter Nähe sind (nicht mal eine Minute Fußweg). Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung hatte uns bewogen dass wir sie schon zweimal (2018 und 2019) gebucht haben. Einziges Manko: der Pkw Stellplatz war etwas eng, was aber bei den meisten Residenzen der Fall ist.

Wohnung war viel besser als Wetter
Die Wohnung ist genügend gross, sauber und gut gelegen. Die beiden Balkone sind super und gut beschattet. Die Betten sind ein wenig älter und nicht so bequem aber zweckmässig. Der dazu gemietete Bettinhalt war ein wenig dürftig und die Wolldecken hatten sichtbar bereits den Sommer hinter sich. Die Lage ist ruhig und gut gelegen. Der Strand ist nahe und gut erreichbar. Ich würde die Wohnung sofort ein weiteres Mal mieten.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, der Strand ist nahe und verkehrsfrei erreichbar, der Parkplatz sehr gut. Die beiden Balkone haben mich überrascht. Sie sind gross und gut beschattet. Ich würde die Wohnung sofort wieder mieten.

aménagement et ameublement nul. Voilages hors d'usage. Décoration dont on pourrait se passer et pleine de poussière. Canapé déchiré, mini four dans un état lamentable. Dommage car bonne situation et bonne disposition de l'appartement.
