"Amazing stay at Bancal! The hotel is huge, green, sustainable, the view of the Teide incredible and the service excellent (thanks to Charlie!). We ate at the buffet and the food was really good and the staff kind and professional. Overall, the quality/price is unbeatable and we really had a lovely stay."

"We were disappointed with service in the restaurant in particular. Mis-taken orders. Staff chatting with one another while holding a meal en route to a table. The Main dishes were just average. We enjoyed the fresh fruit at breakfast. I don’t believe that a coffee machine with decent coffee in each room ought to be too much to ask at the price level."

"The hotel was very centrally located and a 10 minute walk from the ferry port. We had a modern room on the fourth floor with a large balcony. Breakfast was included and a good buffet was served with hot and cold options. There was no bar in the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful recommending 3 restaurants nearby for dinner. Downside was the rooms seemed a bit noisy we could hear doors closing and were woken up by hearing showers and washing machines working above us quite early in the...

"A lovely quaint property, walking distance to village. Nice private terrace and shared terrace. Kitchen facilities available where yiu can make your own coffee, food etc. Hreat value for the price."

"The property is secluded from all the small towns in the island but offers silence peace and comfort in the zone that it is located. The space was perfect for a family vacation of 5 people. I would recommend this property if staying in La Gomera for longer than 2 nights to make it worth your while. "
