Bathroom (bath), separate WC. Private outdoor area with barbecue and garden furniture. Garage (2 vehicles). Total floor area: 154m². Ski La Giettaz/Domain les Portes du Mont-Blanc at 200m. Praz sur Arly cross-country ski trails 16km. Snowshoes 200m. Winter only: shops on site + free shuttle to La Giettaz. Telephone and internet network limited according to the operators. Individual chalet on the edge of a typical Val d'Arly residential hamlet. Quality environment (forest, stream). Immediate proximity to the slopes and shops and services (in season).
