A great place for your winter family vacation get away! It will be decorated for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The home has a hot tub located undercover so it is still useable while raining. The living room has a remote operated gas fireplace to make family gatherings nice and cozy. If you prefer an outdoor fire, there is a large firepit guaranteed to to provide some outdoor entertainment on chilly nights.
Located in a private deep water cove just off the main channel (point #6) with majestic views of Norris Lake and the surrounding mountains! A very comfortable 3,200+ sq/ft modern home that features a sunset luxury dock, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 1+ acres of fun outdoor space with custom constructed fire pit, shuffleboard, & cornhole; open concept kitchen with a standalone commercial grade ice maker, dining and living areas overlooking the lake with direct walk access to the large sun deck with a screened in porch below. Emerald Waters is your vacation home away from home!
The luxury dock and private deep water cover makes for complete afternoons swimming in the emerald waters of Norris Lake. Ample outdoor furniture allows for all family and friends to lay out, play with lake toys, ski, and watch the sunset from the best positioned swinging bench in East TN.
The main level features the master suite with a private walk out to the sun deck and views of the cove, queen bed, private bath w/ walk-in shower, another queen bedroom with private full bath, and an additional full bedroom. Enjoy a large open concept space including a living room with gas fireplace, a dining room with large table, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar island. Also, for your convenience a full size laundry room and large half bath.
The lower-level features a fun, spacious recreational area with pool table, a large luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and walk out screened in porch, complete with a swinging bed/bench. Two bedrooms are also found on the lower level, one complete with two twin beds and one with two twins and a queen bed, making the sleep count 12 people.
DishTV provided on main room TV's and satellite wireless internet access is also provided throughout the entire house and decks.
The home is situated on an acre plus of waterfront property. Lake access is an easy walk down a gentle paved slope with minimal stairs onto the large dock. The driveway boasts ample parking, turn around space, and an outdoor shower.
Stand Up 11' Paddleboards (x2) available to rent in addition to house ($100 for the length of stay), and would be accessible from the dock during the rental. Please just request this in advance of your stay.

- Effective Oct 1st 2020; any desired usage of the hydrohoist (boat lift) requires an additional fully refundable deposit of $500, a daily fee of $40, and provide make & model of your boat to allow us to verify weight & height do not exceed capacity.
- While there is a hot tub shown on a few photos, this is not listed in our description nor available for use. Due to the remote location, appropriate service necessary to offer a hot tub year round is not viable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- The lake water is drawn down by TVA in the winter, roughly November through April so there may be limited boat access to our dock from the lake due to the low water level during this time. During summer months (May – Sept), the water depth is 25 feet of the dock, and 65 feet in the middle of the cove.
