"Nice elegant hotel, one big problem related to windows and doors that are not soundproof, it seems that you are sleeping with doors and windows opened, extremely uncomfortable, all other issues from location to hotel and services are very good indeed"

"The Villa di Piazzano is stunning down to the smallest detail. The staff is attentive, pleasant and helpful. The food and wine at the onsite restaurant was some of the best we had on our 23-day trip across Italy. One of our favorite stays for sure!"

"My favorite stay on our honeymoon in Italy! They even gave us with a free upgrade to a suite. I loved this hotel and only regret that we didn’t stay longer. The whole property was gorgeous and I loved hearing nothing but nature during the day. Their breakfast buffet was pretty great too. Would love to come in the summer so I could enjoy the pool but walking through their olive groves was lovely still. They have a lot of outdoor seating that would make a perfect spot to read a book. "Refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and the bathroom would flood after a shower since the doors don’t close well, but overall the rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. Just a warning if you need them there are no elevators, as well you may need to reserve parking with the hotel before arriving. The hotel is walking distance from everything in the main area, with a grocery store just across the street."

"Great location, walkable from the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. First night we got a room by the elevator, and it was very loud. Asked the desk to be moved and they happily moved my wife and I to a very quiet room. I would recommend this hotel. Great location, very clean, and excellent staff. "

"Needed an extra night and got a room through Hotels.com. Was there for a wedding. The room was small but the location was where I wanted to be and the breakfast was very good. "

"Had a nice stay. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Apartment was clean. Property is beautiful, I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. My only suggestion for people looking to book would be that you might want to rent a car. It is technically walking distance to centre of town in Siena but it’s a bit of an awkward walk uphill. "

Relais Villa Grazianella - UNA Esperienze

"My partner and I enjoyed the remoteness of the property. It is in a beautiful building with spacious rooms. We dined like queen and king two nights in a row. The entire staff could not be more helpful and friendly. This is a gem!"

Didn't want to leave!

"Wonderful family run place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay, especially Frederico who gave us helpful information on avoiding ZTLs in Montepulciano, information on other places to visit, and who arranged a lovely winery tour for us. Marzio was helpful as well. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious apartment with a large balcony and lovely view. Very clean. Excellent location. Great food in the restaurant and Georgia was also very nice. Would definitely come back if traveling in this area again! "

"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent. Had a wonderful dining experience. Montepulciano is well worth a visit. The wines of Fattoria Sventoni are marvellous. "
