"Bon rapport qualité/prix. Propriétaire agréable, cependant la propreté du logement n'était pas optimale et la piscine était vraiment froide alors que c'était la raison principale de notre réservation, mais nous nous y sommes baignés au début seulement et pour la suite nous sommes allés à la plage car l'océan nous semblait moins froid. Dommage. Sinon on a bien profité du court de tennis en famille, et l'environnement est très calme. "

"The property was just what we wanted as a base in La Flotte to discover Ile de Re. It was clean, quiet and in easy reach of the town and harbour. Most other villages were easily reached on cycles hired from our excellent host Jean Michel. Merci beaucoup!!"

"We absolutely loved our beautiful bungalow with our own terrace and fenced garden. Very private, clean and perfect for a family of four. The kids play area is a wonderful addition and the site is also very close to the beach. Warm and friendly welcome by the owner. A perfect location to stay."

"The property is well fitted out and has everything one needs for a trouble free and relaxing holiday. I surrounded by farms and hence is peaceful and very quiet at night. Getting bread for breakfast did involve using my car to cover the 2 miles or so to the village. Jard sur Mar is only about 10 miles away and is a lovely seaside town with a fine harbour and is well worth a visit, as are the other towns and villages in the region. I will definitely consider returning in the future."

"The property is delightfully situated, in the grounds of the owners house. They were very pleasant and helpful. On arrival the property was spotlessly clean, it is well equipped. So much to see in the area. The Owners Direct site needs to be amended on page 5 where it states Air conditioning which it does not have, also towels provided, this would be at extra cost. "Well presented property, conveniently located for the town and the bus from the airport. If I have one suggestion, it would be to include some kitchen basics - bin liners, washing up liquid and a couple cloths. These have all been at other similar properties. Other than that everything was very good."

"The gite was clean, modern and welcoming with all the equipment you need for a relaxed holiday. The courtyard was a sun trap, totally private and perfect for evening drinks after a wonderful day exploring the island. "Décoration industrielle pour cette petite maison ultra-propre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné une semaine. Les propriétaires, très discrets, ont pris soin de nous pendant cette période caniculaire. Tout est bien conçu dans ce logement, mis à part l'exiguité du lave main qui nous a contraint d'utiliser l'évier de la cuisine pour le lavage des dents. La terrasse spacieuse donne une impression d'espace, nous y avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners."

"It was a great location good cheap buses to town every 15 minutes . Lots of nice food right there . The room we had with a third bed for child - the room was way too small for this and hot and stuffy , ok as a double - not ok as a family room . No air con so very hot in heat wave but at least nice opening window .downstairs and pool area very nice …pay for a balcony I should have it would have been much better . "
