"Great place but they have to fix the issue with the water. First day it was normal, but after the rain it was like sewage water. The people that work here are EXCELLENT. The actual hotel is beautiful. The ambiance is amazing. It's just the plumbing has to be fixed or they have to be prepared to refund guests. They will keep your money regardless of what malfunctions. Not good business."

"The perfect place to get a good taste of the culture, food, flora and fauna of the Llanos region of Colombia without venturing too far. Lots of amazing activities right there on site. Just be aware that most adventure activities at the park are not included with the cost of accommodation. Our family with young kids really enjoyed our stay.
