"We had to wait over 1 1/2 hours in rain and thunder to get permission to enter property. Owner never personally talked to us. Property was dirty, sheets dirty. No hot water on the first day. We went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. Had it not been late, raining, and just exhausted from traveling, we would have changed properties."

"From a couple.days before the stay, the hotel personnel reached out to confirm and validate everything to avoid any delays. They gave us clear and specific instructions on how to arrive to the property. At the checking, the process was easy and simple. The room was spectacular along with the view. Food, pools and tour are nothing short of exceptional. 1000% worth and recommended. "
