Room service works like clockwork, better and more reliable than you'd find in any hotel. Rooms are rather basic, however; bathrooms are clean and modern, but the rest of the room feels dated and cheaply made (old carpets, cheap desks, worn out lamps, etc). One of my TVs did not work. "It is renoveted old house in old town. Interesting layout. From the elevator, we need to walk some spiral staircases to get to our room, not convenient. When with luggage, it is kind of dangerous. The gabage cans are very small. Whe we check in, the front desk staff was not there and door is locked. We waited in the rain. Besides these, the stay was ok."
