"Room was small, but clean. Room 102 has a bathtub. Bathroom was a good size. Breakfast buffet is included and was good. Much of the town is closed off-season. It was a challenge to find open restaurants. There is a laundromat 500ft away from hotel. "

"We loved the Villa Lara Hotel. The rooms are over the top and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Once they were notified of our late arrival they arranged a taxi from the train station and made dinner reservations for us as well. Upon arrival to the hotel they took our luggage to our room so we could leave straight away for dinner. The hotel is walkable to many sites in town. We will definitely be back "

"The staff was friendly and very helpful. One challenge was that some rooms were not accessible by elevator. Once the elevator reached a floor, the rooms were up another half flight of steps. It was challenging for me who is a senior adult to get a suitcase up that half flight. I had to take it slow but managed okay. The onsight parking spaces were very tight and some were difficult to get into. Everything else was great! Hotel breakfast had a nice assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, yogurts and cereals....all the normal offerings of many hotel breakfasts. "
