"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de Fabrice. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation surtout lors des quelques jours de fortes chaleurs. Nous avons pu nous reposer au calme et profiter du barbecue. Les jeux, surtout le jeu de fléchettes, ont été fort appréciés par les enfants. La région est sympathique à découvrir."

"The cottage was a lovely place to stay. The property was very quiet and presented exactly as the listing described. We had everything we required and everything was clean and tidy. The pool area was lovely. There wasnt really anything in the village but the nearest town was only 10 or so minutes away. There was a supermarket and petrol station and a market. "We had a wonderful week. Communication beforehand was great and nothing was too much trouble. If youre looking for bright lights and busyness this is not it - though its only a car journey away. The pool about a minute's walk down the path was beautiful. The cottage was clean and contained everything we needed. Would return."

"A really beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The gite is so clean and comfortable. Everything you need. The pool is great and so peaceful. Close to so many lovely places to visit. "Pleasant stay, great home and hosts very kind, concerned and helpful. The home brief should be clearer on the fact that it’s a gite with shared garden and swimming pool. "

"We had a wonderful holiday at Davide and Cecile’s gîte. The pool is simply beautiful and the garden is huge so lots of space for the children to run around- and there is a football goal so my son was in heaven! There is also volleyball and badminton and boules and hammocks and lots of beautiful trees for shade. The gîte was very comfortable and stylish and there was air con units in the rooms. The location is excellent: St Savinien is a very picturesque town and we enjoyed playing on the river...

"The cottage is exactly as described on the website. It was nice to meet the very friendly owners, the outside space is limited, but we knew this would be the case on booking. We choose this cottage for its location, and were not disappointed."

"This property is a peaceful shangrila. Our hosts Barbara and Kevin couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The property is an enclosed peace of paradise. After cognac tasting, going to the local farmers market, kayak races and wandering the lovely village of Jarnac we always looked forward to returning to our gite. "We had a great relaxing break at Emma’s cottage. The location is good with plenty of options for restaurants and places to visit. The pool is a real bonus and Emma is a fantastic host always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive. We will definitely be coming back at some point in the future as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended place to stay"
