"Good-Beautiful view, close to train and restaurants. Needs improvement-heaters did not warm the apartment, no hand towels or wash cloths provided, took me a while to figure out washer/dryer settings, had to purchase washing and dish detergent. Bathroom with toilet felt dark and dirty. Welcome packet with instructions for appliances and things near by/recommendations would be nice. Inability to have visitors or be charged put a damper on the trip as we were traveling with another family."

"Lovely studio on the top floor. I had a small somewhat heavy suitcase and tote and it was a little climb with heavy things but that only went up on the first day. I was fine. There is a nice view. It is easy to walk to various places from the studio. There is a laundromat about an 8 minute walk. One of the entrances to the palace garden is on the corner across the street. Fred was really great at communicating with me. "
