"We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. "If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

"This is a beautiful apartment on the edge of a small town called Castelnuovo dell’Abate. It's not in Montalcino, but a short drive to it. We stayed here because we were visiting a few wineries close by. When staying in a small Tuscan town, it's best to look for a place like this that's right on the edge.
