"This property is in a very poorly maintained complex. The communal areas are not cleaned regularly. The rubbish bins were overflowing . The furniture in the villa was very old and not very clean. The bedlinen was old and stained with no change of linen given for the 2 weeks we were there. We had to wash and remake the beds the same day. We were given one small bath towel each. "Very modern and comfortable apartment. I was surprised at the size of the apartment with room for 3 or 4 Adults. The apartment was overlooking the Altea bay club and was a short drive to Altea town. A car is essential to get around the area with limited public transportation available. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, I would recommend and possibly return in the future. "
