"I have to say we had the most amazing stay at Villa Cocomar for 9 nights. We had a group of 22 from littles, teens and Adults. Owner Dean was amazing to work with and visited with us at the Villa multiple days. Juan did a good job helping us with everything from DJ, Live guitar player for Italian dinner night and all other things we needed. Staff is top notch, if you need anything at all just ask and they are on it for you. Huge shoutout to the Chef and Cooks Juana, Daniela, and Karina for the amazing food all week top notch and Paul, Julio,Tito and Andres for keeping an eye on the property and my little blond curly haired rug-rat! Paul was amazing for us constantly helping, if we needed anything we asked for at all, he does it all! Cleaning staff were so kind and friendly and took care of everything Yamaris team are all great! These people hold a special place in all our hearts and we truly cant thank them enough for an amazing vacation! Thank you all and cant wait to see you again!"

"Great little cabana on the beach. There are 3 of them. Clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant onsite and our dinner and breakfast were both great! Staff is super friendly and helpful! If your looking for a quiet escape on the beach you will love this place!"

"Our holiday in paradise started with the hostess greeting us with a cake she had baked. It was very touching. Lovely condo, very clean and towels and linen provided. Our host also drove us to the grocery store twice, which was so helpful. At one point, we needed a toaster that worked. It took approximately five minutes to give us another one! They also cooked dinner for us one night...such nice, friendly, helpful people!We definitely loved our holiday...and rebooked for next year. Please note...if you are looking at this particular resort, it is a bit far(8 minute taxi ride or 40 minute walk by the ocean) from the city, far from restaurants and far from grocery store. You can take a bus or a taxi to get to your destination. We liked it that way because it was sooooo quiet and peaceful!"

"It's just outside of town but right on the beach. You can't go wrong with this location. The grocery store is just over a mile away, along with entertainment and shopping."

"I didn’t like the fact that there was no tv not a box of tissues. Also they need to disinfect the shower better. The drainage hole in the shower was clogged up "

"We had an amazing time at Casablanca. Our hosts, Elena and Franklin went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous. Every room has its own theme ands ambiance. Highly recommended. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. So many pros: great, prompt communication with host, well looked after condo and grounds by property management, beautiful spot with wonderful (breezy) beach walks that cool you down, only 20-25 minute walk to town, laundry service (wash & dry for 250 pesos), water jugs delivered right to your water cooler (75 pesos), and water cooler has hot and cold taps, a bathtub (not common in the DR), a great espresso machine, cleaning service twice a week, so nicely decorated (with a big comfy hanging chair), veggie/fruit truck comes once a week, a large spice rack, great selection of books, lots of towels, on demand hot water, and good security on the grounds. So many great restaurants to explore at reasonable prices.Some things to keep in mind: king bed is quite firm, and queen bed is mid firm. We were there for a month in February and typically it was calm in the mornings till noon, then windier in the afternoon. We loved our time there and would definitely go back."
