"The gate to the property is hidden from the main road. It's opposite an industrial park. The private drive to the property is a dirt track and will take 10 minutes. It is only suitable for 4 x 4 cars and confident drivers. However, you can see plenty of rabbits and the odd owl along the way. The villa is looked after by a lovely couple, with a son who can talk a bit of English. They don't. They are on site and will help you navigate the use of the villa. They also tend their vegetable garden...

"We stayed here with 17 of us and it was the perfect place for a group. The property is well amenitised with lots of bedrooms, towels, kitchen supplies, outdoor space, and so on. The pool is big and we were able to have parties without any complaints. You do have to pay for AC separately however this was very affordable. Overall, a great stay with excellent hosts!"

"très belle maison, avec tout le confort, avec piscine, une annexe au bout de la piscine se trouve un billard, Neil est Hyper Sympa, il nous a même remercié d'avoir été de bons locataires car nous avions laissé son logement propre, ce qui n'arrive jamais. Je recommande vraiment cette location"

"The old town of Carmona is like stepping into the past (in a good way!). In the middle though, is this excellent apartment. It has been renovated to keep the charm but is modern and clean and very tastefully decorated. It's not the easiest place to drive and park a car though. Overall, a great place to discover and enjoy Carmona and the Sevilla area."

"My only hesitation in writing a review of our stay at the Hacienda Nueva is that I might encourage too many people to go and thus limit my chance of a future visit! The entire experience could not have been more perfect. The property is exactly as advertised and maintained in an immaculate fashion by the property caretakers. "This was one of our worst VRBO ever. The room descriptions are not true to the actual space. Firstly, the courtyard sits between the front room and the kitchen, we arrived to rain pouring into the room from the rubber mats above. "La maison est très agréable à vivre. Les lits sont grands et les espaces spacieux. Lola, notre interlocutrice sur place, était très disponible et à l’écoute ! En revanche difficile de communiquer avec elle car elle ne parle pas un mot d’anglais ou de français ! En revanche, dans l’annonce il est écrit 4 salles de bain et il n’y en a que 2. Il est aussi écrit qu’il y a un sèche linge alors qu’il n’y en a pas non plus. C’est ce qui nous a un peu déçu."
