"Good communication about how to access the property as I arrived after reception closed. The apartment was well equipped and it was ideal for one or two people, but though it claimed to be for 4, two couples would have found it very uncomfortable, with one couple in the double bed and the second couple inches away on the sofa bed. It was disappointing to arrive at 11am and have to make up my own bed, and though the hotel was far from full when I arrived, I was given a room which looked out onto...

"Wonderful hotel in the heart of La Rochelle. We are so grateful we chose this hotel as the staff was exceptional and so helpful, the room very comfortable, the spa was a nice addition and it's in a perfect location. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Merci beaucoup! "
