Sunny family apartment

Apartment, facing south, very warm, on the 2nd floor of a villa in the heart of the Bourboule, comfortable, for 6 people.

Near (on foot) shops, thermal baths, casino, Fenestre park and 100m shuttle to the ski slopes of Mont Dore (slopes 7kms).
The accommodation is composed of:

- a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and a sofa, TV TNT and USB DVD player
. a kitchenette (mini oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle),
. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed
and a shower room. The common washing machine.

The deposit of 450 euros and the cleaning deposit of 45 euros will be given on your arrival. They will be returned to you on departure with exception.

Logement insalubre
Logement extrêmement sale. Matelas moisis, canapé inconfortable. Annonce annonçant 6 couchage du fait d'un canapé lit "double" sauf qu'il fait 110 cm de large et qu'il est dur comme de la pierre. Aucun geste commercial. Proprietaire pas du tout à l'écoute et donnant des lecons de vie.

Bien situé
Appartement de taille correcte pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les équipements sont corrects. Par contre, décoration et rénovation des murs et sols à revoir. Personnes allergiques aux acariens s'abstenir car il y a de nombreux tapis, pas toujours très propres. Même si les tapis sont utiles car ils limitent les bruits de voisinages.

Appartement bien situé. Pas de difficulté pour se garer dans la rue (gratuite) en août. Appartement situé dans un vieil immeuble, un peu vétuste, hauts plafonds. Volets non occultant (persiennes). Pas de drap, ni serviette, ni savon, ni condiment de base (huile/vinaigre/poivre/café…). 1 seule pastille pour le lave-vaisselle… En dehors des consommables, la cuisine est bien équipée. Très bon accueil, facilité pour récupérer les clés. Globalement, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Les parties communes de l'immeuble sont très vétustes. Il y aurait quelques améliorations pour l'appartement à prévoir mais rapport qualité /prix très bon.

Appartement bien situé
Bon accueil mais propreté limite. Appartement situé un peu a l'écart du centre mais accessible rapidement a pied. Espace suffisant pour 4 juste pour 6. Couchage moyen.

Appartement en mauvais état.
L'appartement est très proche du centre mais c'est presque son seul atout. Il a besoin d'une vraie rénovation. Le papier peint est déchiré, les plafonds fissurés, les thermostats des radiateurs sont cassés, il fait une chaleur insupportable obligeant à ouvrir une fenêtre. D'ailleurs il n'y en a qu'une seule sur les 3 qui fonctionne, donc il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir les volets. La salle de bain est bricolée et la cuisine est arrivée au bout de sa vie. Pour finir l'insonorisation est inexistante, on entend les occupants des appartements voisins.
