Gîte located in a quiet lane, 30 m from the beaches and 1 km from all shops and restaurants. Enclosed flower-filled courtyard of 150 m² with storage. Fishing equipment available.
On one level: living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed (140x190), 2: 1 double bed (140x190), shower room and separate toilet (shower room and toilet adjoining 1 of the 2 bedrooms).
Additional amenities: freezer, crib/high chair on request.
Included: electricity, sheets.
Not included: gas heating (€11/day), towels/household linens, and tourist tax.
Pornic is 7 km away. Ideal location for shellfish gathering. Non-smoking gîte. Cleaning option available for €65.
