"We were very disappointed. We we riding our bikes on a tour of the region, and arrived before 5pm. The manager did not look happy to see us, and made us feel uncomfortable that we came early. He did give us a room though. There are no easy dining options within walking distance, except for a crepe place with a very limited menu. Finally, we were told that breakfast was not before 8am. "What a great surprise to have a prized chef owning this Hotel. Kevin served us up the most amazing, incredibly high end seven course degustation dinner with a bottle of local wine to set the mood. The service was friendly, courteous and efficient. We seriously loved our stopover and will be looking to visit again on our next visit to Europe."

"The place was really cozy and clean. There is an extremely steep wooden ladder that works as a staircase going to second floor. Have to be very careful not to slip and fall. The owner charges extra to provide sheets and towels. This was really weird that he thinks tourists carry their own bed sheets to vacation. I think it should be already part of the overall price.
