The room could have been more comfortable but it was early in the year. Had we come later we would have been able to sit outside and enjoy the pretty courtyard. "Interesting “hobbit house” like cottages in the countryside on a working farm. The set up and surroundings were beautiful. We had dinner “50 euro for two people” and breakfast 5 Euro. Dinner was delicious, ample and came with local wine. We bought two bottles of their olive oil. Breakfast was OK. Both were served by the father who wasnt unfriendly, but perhaps may be getting tired of the tourism business??? We also had trouble finding the place. "Very clean and quiet place "

"It was our the best stay in Sicily. Quiet, peaceful place; local cuisine for dinner; very pleasant hosts; spacious room and jet tub worked very well. Location is perfect for visiting Modica, Noto and Ragusa. Rural, beautiful area! Will definitely stay there again when visiting Sicily. Thank you!"

"Beautiful secluded location, nice pool and friendly dogs. Rooms are spacious and clean. The difficult part was checking in, especially if you dont have cellular reception. The intercom at the gate was broken and the owner could not hear our car horn honking, after about 10 min he heard us and opened the front gate. The owner is friendly and pleasant."

"Nice area, very quite, good for relaxation, but not ideal if you want to visit other towns as it is far from everything. Nice room, no WiFi, cleaning service wasn't done (to be fair they excused themselves). Breakfast was limited and not fresh. "

"Very pleasant stay in this B & B in a beautiful country setting - about 10 kilometers from Plazzolo Acredide, an interesting hill town that does not get much tourism. The B & B owner was very helpful in recommending things to see and places to eat. You need a car to get to this place, and it is not easy to find. Charming Hotel in Old Town Noto

"My sister and I stayed at the Hotel Gagliardi for two nights and were upgraded upon arrival which was a fun surprise! One of the perks of traveling in December! Hotel is older but very clean and charming, with multiple places to hang out (patio, sun room, roof top). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Maria at the front desk is a gem - great restaurant suggestions, very friendly and helpful! She really helped make our stay a great one! "

"This was a great property with lovely rooms, nice staff, good restaurant. Location is ok if you have a car. Great parking with either outside or underground for a small fee. Not close to town so you need a car or transportation to get to town. Not really a walkable location to see anything. But overall a great place to stay while visiting this area. "

"This was a last minute booking for one night at half 3 in the afternoon. What a fantastic find! There wasn't much around at the end of October and based on reviews and us having a car, we went for this. We wish we had had more time but needed a car to be returned to Syracuse by 11 next day :( I cannot say enough positive things about the place, the staff, the welcome, the price including breakfast and aside to the room, the gorgeous garden space and furniture. It was a calm relaxing area. We didn't use the pool being so late in but had a fabulous meal in the hotel with great service and good quality. The breakfast was as good. This hotel deserves to continue doing well as the staff are the best resource. Grazie per tutti x"
