"We had a wonderful stay here. the location is truly perfect -- sipping coffee as the sun rose over the mountains across the lake is my top memory from the entire summer, with more active pursuits in and around the lake not far behind. The residence was excellent --everything we needed with a lot of common space. We had an issue with an alarm that the property manager addressed promptly (even though it was Sunday)."

"Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung gerade gewischt, kalt und es zeigte sich sofort die mangelnde Instandhaltung. Warum hat man nach dem Wischen nicht einfach schon mal die Fußbodenheizung eingeschaltet? Irgendwie funktionierte das Wesentliche zwar, aber lose Tollenpapierhalter, eingeschlagene Innentür, Plastikabdeckung auf dem Tresen, fehlende bzw. Defekte Beleuchtung insbesondere im Bad, ….und richtige Dreck überall, wo man nicht mit dem Staubsauger ohne Weiteres...

So perfect for getting to Chanaz, Aix-Les-Baines et Annecy! We would love to stay here again! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. "

Accès au lac par un chemin privé ( en commun avec d’autres familles), qui débouche sur un espace herbeux ombragé et un escalier d’accès au lac. Boulangerie pâtisserie, et supérette sur place et un bus part du Duingt tous les 20mn vers Annecy et il est gratuit tout l’été "

"Raphaelle and her husband were great hosts. Direction and check in were very easy and they gave us some great pointers. The house was fantastic and ideal for two families with 4 adults and 3 kids. The house had everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were particular highlights. The location was brilliant. The town is lovely and has everything you need including a few restaurants, bakery, butchers and a mini supermarket just five minutes' walk. The lake is a ten-minute walk and was...
